Customer Service


We use USPS to deliver most packages. Rates are based on weight and your location and will be clearly communicated before purchase. All shipments originate from Towneship's home base in Washington state.

Most orders will be shipped in 3-5 days. All orders shipped will be followed by a confirming email.

Sales Tax

We are only required to charge sales tax on orders delivered within the state of Washington. No sales tax will be charged on out-of-state shipments.

Return/exchange policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, Towneship will happily accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the original ship date of your package. To get the ball rolling, just send an email to with your invoice number (found on both your paper and emailed receipt), the name of the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and a reason for the return or exchange. All items must be unwashed, unworn, with the original tags attached and in no way altered or damaged to be eligible for return or exchange. The cost of shipping, any credit card fees or any other associated fees cannot be refunded. 

All sales are final on special order, sale or clearance items.

Towneship will reply to your email with instructions on how and where to send your return or exchange. The original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless a mistake was made by Towneship in which case we'll happily refund any shipping charge.

Towneship can not be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation of any lost packages without proof of delivery. Any items found unfit for return will be returned to you with an explanation as to why.

After receipt of return, funds will be credited to the original form of payment. Exchanges will not be charged for shipping the new item(s).


Towneship will only collect information necessary for the completion of your purchase. Your information will not be shared. Towneship respects your right to privacy.
